The private walkways from the gates lead to the front of Casa Cocos or Casa Capri and are lined with trail lights and beautiful indigenous plants. You will have access to the entire property as well as the two villas. However if needed both villas can have a separate set of keys. This is great for separate families, groups or couples that are traveling together. There are many areas for quiet solitude and others to spend time together sharing the adventures of the day. Please be courteous of our neighbors so everyone will be able to enjoy their trip! Other things to note The neighborhood Laguna Azul is just a quick two-minute walk to beautiful Playa Potrero beach. Across the bay is the world-famous Playa Flamingo and new marina with shops and restaurants. Turning left out onto the beach and walking 10 minutes will get you to the many Surfside shops, bars, and restaurants. Playa Potrero has a great selection of places to eat and drink so you don’t have to go far to enjoy your evening.
