Charges for damages will be assessed and added to the guest's bill. *Stain Policy: Any stains that appear to be difficult to remove from linens, pillows, blankets, or other furnishings will be subject to a cleaning fee. Please treat all items with care to avoid stains and damage. *Beddings Stay Inside: For hygiene and maintenance purposes, please refrain from moving beddings, including linens, pillows, and blankets, outside of the designated rooms or accommodations. * Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for keeping their accommodations and * surrounding areas clean and tidy during their stay. Please dispose of trash properly in designated receptacles. * No Littering: Please refrain from littering or leaving personal items in common areas or natural spaces on the farm resort property. Let's keep our surroundings clean and beautiful for everyone to enjoy. * Outdoor Furniture and Equipment: Guests are encouraged to use outdoor furniture and equipment with care. Please do not climb on or misuse any items provided for guest enjoyment. *Reporting of Issues: If guests notice any damages, cleanliness issues, or maintenance concerns during their stay, please report them promptly to resort staff so that we can address them in a timely manner. * Respect for Nature: As a farm resort, we cherish our natural surroundings. Guests are encouraged to enjoy nature responsibly and refrain from damaging or disturbing plant life, wildlife, or natural features on the property. * Please note that our Wi-Fi is limited due to weak connectivity in the area. Kindly avoid extensive video streaming and downloading to ensure fair access for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. *Noise Curfew: Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a tranquil atmosphere during nighttime hours. *Lights Off: lights should be turned off by 10:00 PM unless necessary for safety reasons or specific activities. Dimming or extinguishing lighting helps minimize disturbance and allows for optimal stargazing opportunities. PETS are allowed with fee(200) but please follow this rules.  * Swimming Prohibition: For the safety, pets are not allowed to swim in resort pools or water features.
