In a green setting, between town and vineyards, on the banks of the Aude, we offer you a small gîte with old-world charm in exposed stone, renovated and fitted out in our market gardeners' house (18° Century). At the foot of the magnificent Notre Dame de Marceille basilica whose park will offer you a panorama of Limoux and the Pyrenees in the background, you will only be 5 minutes by car (20/25 minutes on foot) from the city center, the station, and all the shops. The space You will have at your disposal, an equipped kitchenette and a toilet on the ground floor, a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, and a bedroom upstairs. The 140 cm bed will be made upon your arrival. An extra bed for one person and a baby travel cot can be offered on request. Other things to note Two deck chairs, sun loungers, a table and wooden chairs will also be at your disposal. Private parking. Always available. Can accommodate camper van or vehicle with trailer.
