All reservations are made under our strict No-Party/Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. No wedding ceremonies of any kind at the property, including any bridal pick up Tea ceremonies, these are considered parties and not allowed. As this property is in a Residential Area, failure to comply will lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied.
