A double room in a friendly home. with freen parking.The room is a double room to Suit one or two people. Bus stop outside the front door for easy access to the city centre in 20 mins. The Luas red line in to the city is a 5 minute walk.A shared bathroom .All bedroom doors and the bathroom door feature frosted glass. Hosted by myself, Phillip, and my wife Rita. The space The room is spacious and neat with tea and coffe making facilities. With comfy double bed. the bathroom is across the hall and is shared with us. Guest access You will have access to the bedroom and the bathroom. Access to the kitchen for breakfast up up to 11am. During your stay we'll be there to greet guests , and be available to answer any relevant questions. Other things to note check in and out times are strict. Check in is from 3pm and check out 12 noon! a breakfast of cereals bread to toast, fruit and tea and coffee will be available each morning! But please tell us the night befors if you want breakfast. No cooking is allowed at any time.
