Welcome to our home. You will love our cocoon, our garden (you will even have some tomatoes and salads from the vegetable garden), our above-ground swimming pool (the ladder of which can be removed for the safety of the little ones). You will be in the center of Annecy in 10 minutes, and can enjoy the beaches of the lake, the Semnoz, the Mageriaz and all the bauges in a few minutes. A little further, you will find La Clusaz, Grand-Bornand etc... The space Downstairs you will find the kitchen, TV area and living room overlooking the terrace, pool and garden.
