Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties or events. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM. Violations after your initial warning may result in your removal from the property with no refund. 2. No smoking inside the house. No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on the property. There will be a $1000/occurrence fine for violation. 3. No pets are allowed. If pets are discovered on the property, an additional cleaning charge will be applied. 4. This property has video surveillance in exterior areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. 5. Self check in with a smart lock after 4PM and checkout by 11AM. 6. No extra/overnight guests. Each additional guest will be charged at $125 per night. 7. No mail deliveries can be made here. 8. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. 9. Each lost, missing, or damaged remote has a replacement cost of $200 each. 10. There is no daily house keeping service. 11. When you make a reservation with me, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules. HOT TUB: 1. When using the hot tub, I kindly ask you to keep and leave it in the same condition as it was when you arrived. Please be careful and make sure not to throw trash of any sort inside. After you leave, if for any reason we must arrange for excessive hot tub maintenance due to trash or damage, you may be subject to an automatic $1000 fine, depending on the type of the damage. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: 1. This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. By booking, you agree to not hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents or deaths that happen inside or outside the property.
