Welcome to Chicco's Tranquil Retreat, a spacious and serene sanctuary perfect for your next getaway or business trip. Situated in front of Hope Hills, our property promises a homely and peaceful experience for individuals, families, and friends alike. The space At Chicco House, you have easy access to local landmarks and culinary delights. Enjoy the convenience of being just a short stroll away from renowned landmarks like the Pasonanca Park, Pasonanca Tree House, and the Butterfly Garden. Eateries like Jam's Batchoy, De Ja Brew, and 3 McQueens Cafe Ristorante are also within walking distance. Other landmarks: - Zamboanga City International Airport (15-20 mins drive) - KCC Mall (15-20 mins drive) - City Hall and Plaza Pershing (20-30 mins drive) - Fort Pilar, Paseo del Mar, and Zamboanga City Museum (30 mins drive) - Lantawan Grassland (10 mins drive) Our expansive residence is a two-storey house situated along Lantawan Road, Pasonanca, with a private entrance. First Floor - Living room with sofa bed - Dining space - Kitchen space with basic eating utensils - Bathroom with toilet and hot water shower Second Floor - Bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 double bed - Terrace with sunrise view Amenities - Private entrance - Hot water and air conditioning - Free Wifi - Hot water kettle CHECK-IN: After 2PM CHECK-OUT: Before 10AM We will coordinate check-in information at least a day before your arrival. The accommodation can host 5 people maximum, but we will expect the number of guest according to your booking information. Any additional guest should be communicated in advance and may incur additional fees. No partying allowed!!! [PARKING] No exclusive parking for guests. However, guests with vehicles can share the parking space with the hosts. [COOKING] Simple cooking is allowed through the induction stove provided. Please read instructions carefully to avoid damages. [DAMAGE & LOSS] Contamination of beddings, breakage of appliances and other amenities, and loss of property will be communicated with the guest and guest will be charged for replacement or repairs. — Whether you're in town to explore, on a business trip, or seeking a peaceful retreat, Chicco’s Tranquil Retreat offers a comfortable and spacious home away from home. Other things to note PETS: We have dogs in our area, but a private entrance is provided to guests. The property is also gated. PARKING: For parking, we do not have a designated parking space for our guests, however, during the day, guests may park at the side of the road and park in our gated home during the night. We can allow only 1 vehicle to be parked inside.
