When you arrive at Trees Residences' main entrance, kindly display your parking authorization screenshot to the main security personnel. 2. Politely inquire with our security personnel for directions to the parking building. 3. Once you reach the parking building entrance, approach the security personnel there and ask for the location of Tower 21. 4. After parking in slot number # head to the Tower 21 lobby. Decoration Policy Rule: Stickers and tapes: Affixing stickers or using tapes on the walls is strictly prohibited. These actions may cause damage to the paintwork and are therefore not allowed. Extra Guest Policy Rule: Additional guests: For each person in excess of the initial two guests, an additional charge of 300 pesos per head will be applied. Sleeping arrangement: The arrangement of sleeping accommodations for extra guests will be set up on the sofa bed by the occupants. Extra blanket will be provided upon request. Please ensure that internal agreements are made among the guests regarding sleeping arrangements. Note: Always use the inside slippers provided, do not use your outside footwear inside the house to help maintain the floor. Kindly store your shoes in our shoe cabinet. Thank you. Friendly Reminder to All Guests: We uphold a policy of maintaining professionalism and kindness towards everyone. Any damage on the property and tough stain on linens and couch will be charged to the guest. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Gentle Reminder: 🥰 This is your home for a day and we are requesting your kind cooperation to help us maintain the condition of our home by observing the following. 1. STRICTLY NO spilling liquids or food on the couch/sofabed and bed linens. Any stain will be charged ₱1000.00. Kindly use the blanket provided to cover the couch. 2. Do not use outside slippers inside the house, use the provided slippers inside the shoe cabinet. 3. Kindly use placemat when placing foods at the center table (living area). 4. Please handle with care our card games to maintain good condition. 5. It is greatly appreciated if we could handle with care all things inside the house. Any damages will be charged accordingly. 6. Turn off the PS4 properly by navigating the turn off options on the screen. Do not in any case press the power button or unplug the power cable as this may damage the PS4. Kindly return the tapes to its case after using. 7. Do not use charger adapter to charge PS4 controllers, plug the charging cable to the PS4 console instead. 8. Do not interchange the placement of decors and appliances. 9. Do not use bath towels to wipe liquids and dirt on any surface. 10. Avoid horse playing and jumping on the bed and dinning tables. 11. Only towels can be hanged on the towel rack. 12. No smoking. Penalty 1,000.00 13. Do not TIGHTLY close the 🎤 mic battery’s cover. Penalty 1,000.00 14. Cooking is allowed except for strong smell foods like tuyo/daing and the likes. Light cooking only! Penalty 500.00 15. No undeclared guest and visitors.
