Country house – Perche

Our fully renovated Percheron country house is located in the heart of Perche on the edge of the state forest, close to Moutiers-au-Perche, a typical hamlet of the area and just 5 minutes from the shops of downtown Rémalard-en-Perche, as well as the Voie Verte. Ideal location for discovering Perche: hiking, flea markets, equestrian centers, golf, tennis Our property consists of an East Wing and a West Wing that can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children/teens The space The East Wing consists of a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, dining room with large family table and living room with wood stove on the ground floor, a double bedroom (160 x 200 bed), a landing room with 2 single beds and a large bathroom (bathtub, shower and toilet) upstairs. The West wing has on the ground floor a large living room with pellet stove with kitchen (central island) a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a children's bedroom (2 beds 90x200) and a bathroom (shower and toilet), upstairs a mezzanine open to the living room with 3 benches, a desk and a double bedroom (bed 160x200). Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental. Other things to note Since we live in Bordeaux, we hire a trusted person to take care of the house. Bed linen and towels are not included. It is possible to rent the bed linen + towels with the beds made on arrival for €150.
