The space This “barndominium” (not a farm property!) sits on 9 private acres just five easy driving minutes from the south edge of Ithaca and both Buttermilk and Lower Treman Parks. Everything is new, warm and comfortable! Guest access Besides the South Suite, guests are welcome to use the downstairs living room, dining area, full gourmet kitchen (with request) and laundry. During your stay Host Ivan ‘Z’ lives on property and is easily accessible by text. Happy to make local recommendations for restaurants, parks, hiking, waterfalls, etc. Other things to note Construction on this one year new structure has been a labor of love. Not fancy on the exterior, but much attention to detail in this sweet home, including lots of natural woodwork and former kitchen. 5 minutes from town in a peaceful country setting.
