It is located in the heart of the historic center of Figline Valdarno, within easy reach of major destinations such as Chianti, Florence, Arezzo, and Siena. The apartment is on the first floor of a building in central Figline Valdarno, with no elevator. After entering through the main door, a single flight of stairs leads you to the apartment. Upon entering, you step directly into the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner induction cooktop, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The living/dining area is warm and inviting, featuring a dining table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV. From the living room, one step down leads to the first bedroom. This room is spacious and bright, with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a large built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, nightstands, and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom is also very large and furnished with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, nightstands, a sofa, and a workspace. The main bathroom, with a window, includes a sink, toilet, bidet, a spacious shower, and a washing machine. The second bathroom, also with a window, is a half bath with a sink and toilet. Each guest is provided with three towels of different sizes, a courtesy kit with shampoo and body wash, and a hairdryer. Guest access The apartment can be reached either by train or by car. Free public parking is available approximately 100 meters from the property, and the Figline Valdarno train station is just a 5-minute walk away. Beyond its natural beauty — such as the Balze del Valdarno, the surrounding hills, and Mount Pratomagno — the area is rich in cultural treasures: the San Giovenale Triptych by Masaccio in Cascia Reggello, works by Beato Angelico in San Giovanni Valdarno, the Della Robbia glazed terracotta, and Ghirlandaio’s frescoes in Vallombrosa. A drive along the scenic Sette Ponti Road is a must: it stretches between Reggello and Arezzo, crossing some of Italy’s most beautiful villages, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, stone bridges, and terraced fields.
