Enjoy the great outdoors with family/friends in a retro and ultra-comfortable setting. With its openings and balcony you will admire nature in any season. Within a reasonable distance by car: 20 min to Annecy 30 min from Geneva 1 hour from Chamonix - 5 min to the highway -10 min to shops (Carrefour/tobacco/bakery/pharmacy) ski resorts, winter/summer sledding, hiking, mountain biking: 40 min to La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, Les Glières -40 min Lake Bourget, Lake Geneva, Lake Annecy (cycling, paddle boarding, swimming, beach) The space Very comfortable furniture with a retro atmosphere, 3 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen (household products, dish towel, pots, dishes, raclette/fondue machine, salt, pepper, coffee maker with pods provided for the first day, sugar) 1 toilet (toilet paper provided for the beginning of the stay) 1 bathroom (bathtub, 2-sink vanity) (I do not provide shower products, shampoo and toothpaste) A large dining room/living room TV/very bright internet. A large balcony with dining area for breakfasts and beautiful summer evenings. (an electric griddle is available in a closet.) views of the countryside with sometimes sheep, cows or even horses for neighbors. In the basement, ping pong table, pool table, foosball are shared with the guests of the second accommodation, access by the white door staircase of the main entrance. Bed linen and towels are provided and installed for your arrival. Guest access The land is shared with upstairs guests, free to access for spring and summer when a dining area/small garden furniture and BBQ will be installed. I'll just leave it to your common sense to give priority to the dining area of the land to the guests on the 1st floor who don't have a balcony. Other things to note This accommodation is not intended for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs and bathtub. A baby crib is available upon request. Upon arrival, the beds and cleaning are already done, you just have to relax and enjoy!! The space is equipped with an opening alarm system that is automatically activated and deactivated between each booking, you don't need to worry about it. If you need emergency SOS assistance, simply leave your finger for a few seconds on the SOS logo to be put in contact with an emergency service.
