You will find living rooms, equipped kitchens, two dining areas and two living rooms each with two single beds convertible into a sofa. You have two dishwashers, coffee makers, refrigerators, kettles, toasters, stovetops, ovens, washing machines as well as necessities such as salt, pepper, coffee, tea, pasta, rice, etc. On the ground floor you will find two spacious bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a queen size bed, the bedrooms each have their shower room and TV. On the 1st floor, two spacious bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a queen size bed, a bathroom with towel dryer, separate toilet. ☀️ nice balcony, south facing. We provide towels. The apartments have a fiber connection. ** 🚲 for guests traveling by bike, possibility to store them in a garage Guest access The entire place is reserved for you. Other things to note 👶 On request we can provide baby equipment (high chair, baby bed, bathtub etc.) 📹 Common areas are equipped with surveillance videos for the safety of the owner-occupiers. 🐕 🎉 out of respect for the owners occupying the building, pets and parties are STRICTLY prohibited. 🛌 Bed linens are extra for stays of less than 5 DAYS, i.e. €10 per bed to be paid on arrival. 🧺 Mandatory €40 cleaning fee to be paid on-site. 🗒️ Checkout instructions to be followed.
