There are 2 separate and private spaces for guests to enjoy Missouri Wine Country. Enjoy the 2BR/2BA known as "The Villa" on the entire 2nd floor, or check out "The Cellar." our other listing. Return from a day enjoying the wineries or biking the Katy Trail and relax in the pool, spa or fireside. The space "The Villa" at Villa Augusta occupies the entire upper floor with separate exterior staircase to a private deck and entrance. Villa Augusta just was recognized as The Custom Home of the Year for 2023 by the St Louis Home Builders Association. This 1100 square foot space has 2 BR/2BA and will not disappoint. Guest access Guests will have complete privacy on the upper floor of Villa Augusta. Outdoor spaces (Except for the private deck) are shared with guests from "The Cellar" Should you want to ensure you have the pool/hot tub and outdoor areas to your group, you can also rent "The Cellar" (which is a 2 BR/1 BA, 1700 square foot private and separate space, occupying the entire lower level of the home.) Owner occupies Main level most of the year. Guests have access to outdoor covered area, courtyard, yard and of course the pool, spa and BOCCE court! Hot tub/ spa available all year except when temps are below 36 degrees 2 hour notice or generally time frame (example 6-9 Friday night) to use spa is required to heat to recommended temperature in cooler weather generally Sept- May Other things to note Pool open lateApril/early May Spa opened year round as long as temperatures are above 40 degrees. Pool Closes in Sept (variable date) 4 Bikes and helmets available with advance reservation. First come, First serve. Car/SUV Bike rack available for those who do not want to ride on the road to get to the trail. The road is very hilly.
