Other things to note *MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS* The municipality requires the presentation of a signed rental agreement and a valid ID of the person making the booking. This person must be present on the premises during the stay Also, according to Articles 23 and 24 of the municipal by-law, it is strictly forbidden to produce noise, lighting or smoke that may disturb the peace of a neighbor or the neighborhood. This includes fireworks At all times, our guests must cease all outdoor activity that may disturb the peace of the neighborhood from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. the next morning. *ELECTRIC MOTOR RENTAL* Here are the rates for renting the electric motor: $60 CAD for 2-3 nights $90 CAD for 4-7 nights $120 CAD for 8-14 nights (Service fees and taxes not included) Please note that the motor is located in the chalet and you will need to transport it and install it on the boat. The weight of the engine is about 25 pounds and it comes with a fairly heavy car battery. *PETS* No pets (dogs, cats or others) are allowed. *ACCESSIBILITY* The chalet is built on 3 levels. A staircase is required to access all parts of the chalet. *NOISE* Out of respect for our neighbors, parties are strictly forbidden. Please keep music and conversations at a reasonable volume, especially in the evenings and outdoors. *FIREPLACE / LOGS* An indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit are at your disposal. About the indoor fireplace: Guests must bring their firewood, kindling and lighter (as they tend to disappear). You can buy logs nearby. You will find all the details in the guest manual. About the outdoor fireplace: We provide the logs. Please bring your kindling and lighter to light the fire. Please note that it is not cleared of snow in winter (November to April); guests must clear the access to use it and outdoor chairs will not be available. *HOT TUB* The hot tub is open year-round. Please bring your own towels to use it. *AIR CONDITIONING* Please note that there is no air conditioning in the chalet. Fans are provided and air circulation is good when the doors of the rooms are open. *SLEEPER SOFA* Please note that it is not possible to sleep on the sofa beds and no sheets are available.
