Complete villa suitable for 2 families, steps from the pedestrian street, 3 blocks from the forest, and 3 from the beach. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). Heated pool, jacuzzi. The house was renovated 2 years ago, modern, spacious and practical. Last year we added the heated pool and jacuzzi, enjoy! We made it with a raised edge so that neither pets nor babies can fall inside, but be careful, it is 130 deep. Let me explain the rooms: 1. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, prepared for motor disabilities. You have access to the kitchen and the outdoor patio, and the living room from here. 3 closets, mirror, 32" LCD. 2. The second bedroom is the smallest, but equally comfortable. In fact, it's the one I use... It has a double bed, closet, 32" LCD. And against the window, another single bed that can be used as an armchair as well 3. In the other wing of the house, but still inside it, accessed from the living room, there is a very large room with a double bed, a floor-to-ceiling closet, a 2-meter wooden table overlooking the garden to work, a modern and divine bathroom. A 43" LCD is hung on the wall. This mini apartment inside the house has its own separate entrance. 4. Outside the main house, in the back, is the laundry room. 5. The living/dining room is huge and has a 3-body armchair that becomes a double bed, and a sailor bed with a cart that works as an armchair during the day but where two more sleep. There's the biggest smart TV in the house, which is a 49" LG. Front and back garden, backyard with ceramics and garden. In the back, protected from the wind and with all the morning sun, a heated pool of 4.5 x 2.5 MTS, and a jacuzzi. There are no photos of this because we are finishing building it, it will be ready by the end of October. So you'll almost be the first ones to use it! ATTENTION DOG LOVERS, this was designed for you! Although the house is all fenced so that the dogs cannot escape, there is also a door that separates the front of the house from the back, in case two families with dogs that do not know each other come, or to give them peace of mind if you go out and leave them alone. On both sides of the separation there is ample space with parts of the floor and lots of greenery. During your stay I am two blocks away, at your disposal, whether to recommend a restaurant or a pediatrician or to provide you with an extra pot. Other things to note I ONLY rent to FAMILIES or groups of friends over 30 years old.
