Three bedrooms are in the main house and the fourth is in standalone studio. All bedrooms have private bathroom and AC. The master is upstairs with beachfront balcony overlooking the surf break and has a queen size bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are located on the ground floor, each with two XL twin beds which can be used separately for singles or together for couples. Bedroom 4 is in standalone studio and has its own kitchenette & seating area. BR4 also has two XL twin beds, so can be set up for couples or singles sharing. Beautiful large lawn with oceanfront swimming pool directly fronts the beach. The property features a 20kw hybrid solar system that pretty much guarantees the power will never fail at this home. In the event of frequent grid interruptions, the entire home runs at full capacity (ie. including hot water, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas). In short, if there's a power cut... you'll not even realise. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property.
