This one is for the Mum's + Dad's who need some peace and quiet and some time to connect. For you and your soul mate to have a moment to yourselves away from the usual day to day. The perfect spot for a baby moon or mini vacay. Lumeah Mudjimba is located 800m away from the beach and local cafes + restaurants to fuel your stay. 5 minute drive from Twin Waters Novotel resort. The space Lumeah Mudjimba is a freshly renovated self contained, studio apartment space. It comprises of: - 1 Queen bed with a Koala mattress - Stonewashed bed linen - Complimentary beverage upon arrival - Large woven rug - Kitchenette that includes a microwave, fridge, tea strainer, cocktail shaker, coffee machine, kettle + toaster - Koala eco dish liquid and spray + wipe - Low tox products used to clean the accomodation - Complimentary herbal tea - Ensuite with a large shower space and open archway - Real plants for air filtration - Essential oil diffuser + geranium rose oil - Complimentary Wifi - Split system air conditioning and heating - Skylight for natural light and to rise with the sun - Small outdoor table and chairs setting - Board + card games - Beach towels + sunscreen - Market bag for food shopping/fresh produce - Cheese board, picnic basket, platter table + knives - Yarnn eco- friendly toilet paper - Good for you body + handwash - Complimentary shampoo + conditioner - Bicycles + lock for local transport Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, surrounded by a nature reserve nearby and the beach only an 8 minute walk away. Guest access 24hour self check in via lockbox. Guests can access the entry to the space via the driveway at the front of the property. During the evening our end of the road is quite dark and visibility is low. At this stage, we do not have a fenced off, private outdoor area/entry for guests staying at Lumeah. This is coming soon and will provide more privacy and more space for guests to sit outside on the outdoor setting. Other things to note We have a strict no pet and no child policy. Lumeah is a place for rest and to reset, to fill your cup, so we wish our guests to have no responsibilities during their stay. We have a skylight fitted in the main room, so please be aware that the morning light filters through early so you rise naturally with the sun. If you wish to sleep in, we offer silk eye masks, otherwise it is best advised to choose another booking. There is no door on the bathroom, so if you are not comfortable with the person you are staying with please take note. There are no cooking facilities, we offer a kitchenette best used for platters, snacks, drinks, reheating of meals + breakfasting options. We’d prefer if you didn’t leave any of the above in your review as images clearly show this and our listing clearly states this. Lumeah is located in a suburban area, and close to a nature reserve. Whilst there is no traffic noise, It is normal to hear families and pets in the area, especially walking/biking past on their way down to the beach. We are 2.5kms or a 5 min drive from the Novotel Twin Waters resort + Conference centre. 1.5kms from the closest supermarket + shopping centre in Pacific Paradise. The main CBD of Maroochydore is 10km away, Noosa 25km, Caloundra 20km and the hinterland towns of Montville and Maleny 21km and 29km respectively. Lumeah is a 5 min drive or 2.6km from the Sunshine Coast Airport and 105km from Brisbane Airport. There are many coffee options, cafes + restaurants along the Mudjimba Esplanade that can be walked/biked too, so please support local when choosing to stay with us.
