Welcome to your nature retreat at Camping Abenaki Aventure in Odanak! This "rustic-chic" Red Mini-Chalet is perfect for disconnecting. With its wooden interior, neat decor and complete amenities, it offers the comfort of the hotel with the soul of camping. It's the perfect place to stay for a couples or small family getaway. On site, everything is there: have fun at the water games, explore the wooded trails of Odanak and visit the must-see Abenaki Museum located just a stone's throw away. The space Your fully equipped little cocoon includes: - Sleeping area: A very comfortable queen size bed (bedding provided). - Lounge area: A sofa bed (click-clack) perfect for 2 children (bedding included), a Smart TV and a dining table for 4 people. - Equipped kitchenette: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hob and complete dishes to prepare your meals. - Private bathroom: Full bath-shower with towel kit included. - 4-season comfort: Air conditioning to stay cool in summer and efficient heating for cold winter nights. - Outdoor area: Small terrace with patio set, picnic table, outdoor fireplace for your campfires and parking included right next to the chalet. (Important note: As the space is intimate, we do not recommend this place for 4 adults). Guest access Enjoy all the camping! In addition to your private cottage, you have full access to the common areas of Camping Abenaki Aventure, including: Water games. (Summer season) The common terrace. Toilet blocks and laundry room. (Summer Season) 🕒 Hours to be respected: Check-in: From 15:00. Check Out: By 11.00 am. (Note: Any late check-out must be validated with us. Additional charges may apply, subject to availability). Other things to note 🔒 Security deposit (Deposit): Rest assured, this is a standard procedure. In accordance with the terms and conditions of our campsite (available on our website), a pre-authorization of $250 will be made on your credit card upon arrival. Please note: This amount is not charged, but simply temporarily "frozen". It is automatically released after your departure after inspection of the premises. 🐾 Our animal friends: - Dogs: They are welcome! An additional $50 per stay applies to cover the thorough cleaning fee required after your stay. - Cats: For strict reasons of hygiene and severe allergies, cats are unfortunately prohibited in the chalets. 📝 Tax exemption (Aboriginal Status): Although we are located on Odanak territory, the Airbnb platform automatically collects and remits a portion of the taxes to the government. As a result, we are unable to apply the tax exemption to bookings made through the Airbnb platform. If you are eligible, we invite you to keep your invoice and request a refund via the usual government forms.
