Our charming house is located in the peaceful countryside of Guipry-Messac, 4.4 km from the city center in the 35th department in Brittany, our house is the perfect base from which to explore the local area. Only 7 km from the Lohéac car village, 30 km from the Rennes exhibition center in Bruz, and 35 km from the city of Rennes, you will have easy access to local attractions. The Breton coast is only 1.5 hours away, and the Vilaine towpath is accessible 3 km away. On a fully fenced property, you will find a large secure parking lot with a digital code and a key box for late check-ins. Guest access We provide check-in and check-out. For very late arrivals and if we are absent, a key box is at your disposal. We accept a minimum of 2 nights for weekend bookings (exception possible on request). Other things to note No pets allowed, although loved, in the house. Cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you, thank you for your understanding. However, if you don't want to do it before leaving our house (due to lack of time or any other reason), we charge for it as an option (you just need to let us know at the time of booking). Important rules: The accommodation is strictly reserved for 6 people maximum (adults and children included). Parties, parties, events, or family gatherings are not allowed, even during the day. If you would like to invite outsiders (without them sleeping), please let us know beforehand and get our agreement. Failure to comply may result in a cancellation of the stay without refund.
