The space Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood on Falling Leaf Lane, our home offers a peaceful escape from campus chaos. You have full access to the entire townhouse, including the professionally maintained hot tub and our signature outdoor entertainment area. Guest access You have full private access to the entire townhouse, the backyard, and the patio. Please note that the garage is NOT available for guest parking, as it serves as a private professional office. However, we have plenty of space for your vehicles: there are 3 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit (up top) and 2 additional spots located in the back. No one will enter the garage or office area during your stay unless there is an absolute emergency. We value your total privacy! Other things to note 🎵 SMART HOME & PRIVACY: For your enjoyment, we have Alexa devices located throughout the home to provide easy access to music and weather updates.
