Being in the heart of the university district it gives you walking or driving access to 5th St. Public Market, Hayward field, Autzen stadium. All while enjoying a cozy place to rest and relax while you’re here. The space Your place (Please read for important details including parking.) *Pets. Please no pets of any kind in our apartments. *We have 1 surveillance camera pointing towards the entrance of the apartment. *Bedroom Sleep in this cozy room with a queen bed that is extremely comfortable. We feel it is one of the most important pieces to this Airbnb. A lot of thought went into this queen bed so that our guest are as comfortable as they can be. *Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with everything you would need for a long term stay. Shampoos, conditioners, body wash, hair dryer, and towels are all included. Please note: The small brown wash cloths are to be used for make up and face wash. *Living Room Feel free to sit back and relax on a comfy couch and watch any tv show with your 55 inch Roku tv. This living room is so stylish yet feels warm and welcoming. *Kitchen Fully stocked kitchen with every utensil/pot/pan that you can think of to either make a nice date night meal, or your late night snack. Toaster and Keurig coffee maker provided with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Stainless steel sink, fridge, oven and stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Stocked with essentials like sugar, flower, etc. feel free to even grab some complimentary popcorn. *Laundry There is a shared access laundry room located in the building with washers and dryers. We will provide a key located on the coat rack. Change and detergent are not provided. If you would like to get all of your laundry done at once and do not want to use our washers and dryers we would highly recommend Clean Eugene Laundromat. Located 1.5 miles away, very clean and stylish with larger and energy efficient appliances. *Work space We have two dedicated work spaces in this apartment for travelers who need a space for work or school work. *Local Located within miles of Eugene‘s top restaurants and attractions. Such as McDonald Theater, Hult center, Autzen Stadium, 5Th street Public Market, Vero Espresso House etc. Extremely easily accessible via a short drive, bike, walk, rental scooter, or even an Uber or Lyft. *****Apartment location and parking***** The apartment itself is located upstairs. The stairs are located to the left of the front of the building(see listing for pictures). It is apartment #4. There is a laminated sheet located on the dinning table with a parking pass and more information about where to park. We recommend when you arrive to parking anywhere and locate the apartment first so that you can grab the parking pass and look at the map to see where the proper location is to park. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place to themselves. You will have to go up two flights of stairs and will have access to the apartment through a touch pad lock. We will give you your code and instructions on how to get into the apartment the day of your check-in. Other things to note This is a two story apartment. You will need to climb one and a half flights of stairs.
