Comfortable accommodation

Comfortable room for 1 person a few minutes from the beach and downtown. A few meters from supermarkets, shops and UNIVERSITIES, different BUS and TRAM-METRO stops. A safe and private space, easy access, clean and elegant. 🙂 The space Apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 guest bathroom, to be shared with 1 person) Kitchen, living room, and dining room are NOT available for guest use. Air conditioning and heating. Guest access Guest bathroom and hallway. NOT enabled (living room, dining room and kitchen) During your stay Since the accommodation is shared, we will always be in contact with the guest. Contact and interaction about questions or queries always through the Airbnb app! Other things to note We are a couple and a pet 🐶 dog (docile), small and affectionate. It's called Mango.
