Room in the middle of Paris.

Conveniently located near several metro stations. Quite functional with a small balcony. There's a kitchenette and a small shower inside. The toilet is on the landing but glued to the bedroom. Another place uses it occasionally. It is on the 6th floor without an elevator in a nice well kept building and very quiet, you can even sleep with the window open without a joke! The room is well exposed with sunshine from 11am until evening.
