Located in Cañicosa, a Segovian district, next to the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park. One hour from Madrid. Very close to Pedraza, Sepúlveda, Turégano, Segovia and La Granja de San Ildefonso: cities and towns of historical renown. The space GROUND FLOOR - Living room with fireplace, television. - Kitchen-dining room with all amenities: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender and kitchenware. - Toilet. - Garden patio with barbecue. UPPER FLOOR - Master bedroom (150cm bed) with full bathroom (bathtub) and dressing room. - Two double bedrooms (90cm beds) with shared full bathroom (shower). The House is for 6 people, with the possibility of an extra bed for children up to 12 years old.
