Nestled in one of Bridport's famous alleyways, this gorgeous ropemakers cottage has everything you could want. Just a minute's walk from the 500 year old, twice weekly street market and award-winning pubs and restaurants. The famous Jurassic coast is just a short drive away by car, bike, local bus, or a 40 minute walk across the Asker meadows following the river. A Narnia house with a front directly into the historic town and backing to the countryside and river that runs to the sea. The space This is a one double bedroom house with the option for one more person to sleep in the living room on a sofa bed and create a three person let. The house has its own front door, so you can feel completely comfortable and independent. Guest access Opposite the Bridge House Hotel, beside the river Asker on East St., there is an alley signposted Melville Square. Once in the alleyway, take the second smaller one on the left that is signposted 'Melville Square <>', walk to the end of this short alleyway, and you will find the cottage is nestled at the end. The path to the house is dimly lit at night and has an uneven surface, elderly or infirm guests may find this hard.
