You'll have a private bathroom, bedroom and living room, semi-private entrance, W/D, patio, smart tv for streaming, wi-fi, and access to common areas of the home. You'll have fridge and cupboard space in the kitchen. This spacious, private and peaceful home is ideal, whether you're here for a couple of days or several weeks at a time. Linens and towels are provided. Your rooms are on the second floor. There is parking for two vehicles. The space This is a 4 bedroom home. You have 2 rooms and a bathroom and access to other common areas of the home. There are 2 porch areas, a main living room, foyer and kitchen. There is a patio and you're welcome to use the grill. There are walkways to alley parking and side street parking. You'll enter/exit through the kitchen door in the back of the house where you'll use a semi-private (your use only) staircase to the second floor. The host quarters and office are on the second floor accessed using the main stair case off the foyer. Guest access You'll have a private bedroom, a private living room space and a private bathroom. Commons areas would be the kitchen, dining room and the main living room. During your stay I'm here, on site, and available if you need anything. Happy to connect and converse or leave you to your privacy. Other things to note You're 4 minutes to Rt 100 and 7 minutes to Rt 422. The grocery, pharmacy, cleaners, gym, gas, diner, fast food, pizza, and a park/trail are 3 minutes from the house. Downtown is 5 minutes to: fine dining, sushi, music, breweries, theater, nightlife and shopping. I have a small dog. He is not in your space and is kept away from guests unless you invite him in.
