The building has been renovated to high standards with new elevators, windows, pool (currently closed for maintenance) and gym on-site. The concrete building ensure outside noise reduction inside the suite. For your convenience enjoy the portable AC machine on request. Guest access Enjoy the entire suite to yourself. Access the suite via lock code and fob. Enjoy free access to the building's pool and gym. Unfortunately, the pool is currently closed for maintenance. This amazing location seconds to the heart of the Downtown allows you to walk to everything including St. Joseph Cathedral Basilica, McEwan University, Roger's Place Arena, restaurants, Grocery Stores, River Valley, Victoria Golf Club & your work. The Royal Alexandra Hospital, Cross Cancer Institute, and University Hospital are also a few minutes away by car. You can take in live theatre aficionado at Citadel Theatre or one of the many Churchill Square Festivals or visit the Art Gallery of Alberta and Royal Alberta Museum.
