The space The accommodation is on the second floor of one of the most historic villas in the area, recently restored. A bright studio apartment with a high ceiling with exposed wooden beams and parquet, furnished with taste and care. The main room combines a living room and kitchenette. The kitchen is complete and equipped, with a gas stove, microwave, mocha coffee maker, kettle, and all the cooking equipment. Next to it, a dining table where you can have breakfast or dinner. In the living room, there is a French bed, a comfortable queen-size bed for two people. Smart TV with international channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, ideal for both relaxing and working in peace. The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. The separate double bedroom, furnished in a warm and welcoming style, has a charming arched window that overlooks the greenery directly. The bathroom has a window, shower, toilet and washbasin. Every window frames the park. You wake up with the greenery and fall asleep with the silence. Guest access The porch and the entire park are available to guests, with 10,000 square meters of lawns, centuries-old trees, and shaded corners where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner outdoors or simply sunbathe. Parking on the property is free. The outdoor spaces are shared with the property and, at certain times, with other guests, in a quiet and private setting that is never chaotic. The location Mogliano Veneto is the perfect base for visiting Veneto. The city center and the train station are a 3-minute drive or a 9-minute bike ride away. From here, Venice, Treviso, and Padua can be reached in twenty minutes. The airports of Venice (Marco Polo) and Treviso (Canova) are about 15 minutes away. We offer a dedicated transfer and tour service upon request. The property has a chauffeur service and can organize transfers to and from airports and stations, as well as tours to Venice, Padua, Verona, Vicenza, Jesolo, Caorle, and the Dolomites, by car, van, or limousine for up to 8 passengers.
