Waterfront Home with Dock on Pentwater Lake

CAN'T BEAT It-Unbelievable view on water's edge, close to town! Direct Lake MI access. 40' Dock for your boat, fish right out your door! 3-story (one side of the duplex). A/C, gas grill on upper deck, fire pit, amazing sunsets/rises overlooking the lake. One king bedroom, one queen on upper level, a full-size futon on lower level, one and a half baths. Linens, dishes, coffee pot and pod option, etc. No Pets ($300 violation fee) The space One side(1500 Sq. Ft) of a three-story duplex with a shared dock. Main Level includes a kitchen, dining room, half-bath w/washer and dryer, and living room w/ pull-out queen sofa; Upper Level includes a full bath, one bedroom w/king bed and one with a queen bed; Lower-Level includes a family room with Queen futon. Upper deck for views and grilling, lower walk-out patio for dock and fire-pit. Swimming is best at Charles Mears State Park w/WONDERFUL sandy beach - only about 1.5 miles from home. WIFI, Smart TV w/Roku, bedding, linens, coffee pot and pod option, silverware, pots and pans, dishes, crockpot, and more! Starter items like a wood bundle and a few coffee pods are provided to allow you to get settled in. If you need more supplies than what is provided, please visit our local nearby stores like Dollar General, Pentwater Convenience, Cenzo's Grocery, etc. Guest access Guests have full access to the private two bedroom unit, patio, parking for two cars on the left side of the house, and shared use of dock with other duplex unit. Other things to note SWIIMMING IS BEST at Charles Mears State Park in Pentwater (about one mile from home). Water at the seawall edge is approximately 3-5 feet depending on water's level. Swimming may occur at the end of the dock where water is deeper. Flotation devices have been a popular method of enjoying the water and sun right in front of the home. Nearby adventures include downtown Pentwater, Lake Michigan, Ludington, Silver Lake Sand Dunes, golf courses galore. It's always a great time to visit the lake port village of Pentwater and experience the many shops and restaurants.
