Guest access You’ll have full private access to the entire condo, as well as shared access to the building amenities (pool, gym, and common areas). Other things to note Electricity and water are not included in the rental price. This home is intentionally priced for long-term stays, giving you full control over your utility usage and costs. The utility cost is charged as-is according to the bill from the building. We believe in complete transparency and are happy to explain how utilities work if you have any questions. The building administration also requires a contract of lease to be signed. This contracts holds no extra conditions, but simple just refers to what is agreed on thru AirBnB. Important: The main water supply valve is located under the kitchen sink. It only needs to be opened slightly (about a quarter turn). Opening it further may cause excessive water pressure, which can lead to leaks (for example, from the washing machine). For this reason, we kindly recommend not adjusting the valve unless absolutely necessary.
