Embrace the flexibility and warmth of Holly Nook, where every guest is welcomed The space Explore the versatility of Holly Nook, a welcoming cottage accommodating up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families, solo occupants, or weekend getaways with friends. The well-equipped kitchen features an induction hob and range, while the dining room provides two high chairs if needed. Enjoy the cosy living room with a cost log burner and an ample supply of logs. Upstairs, three bedrooms await, with two boasting king-size beds and one featuring bunk beds suitable for both adults and children. A recently renovated family bathroom and an en-suite off the main bedroom offer modern comforts. Outside, the cottage offers a charming patio space with views across the expansive garden. Tailored for families, we provide two high chairs, one travel cot, top and bottom stair gates, as well as board games and toys for your convenience. The friendly village of Laneham is home to two excellent pubs, The Bees Kees and The Ferryboat. Holly Nook is conveniently situated for trips to Lincoln and Nottingham, easily accessible from the A1 and only a 5 min drive to Sundown Adventureland. Guest access We manage two holiday rentals at Holly Nook: "Holly Nook," the featured property, and just across the driveway, "The Nook," a charming 1-bedroom cottage. Visitors renting both cottages will have access to the shared driveway and garden. Each cottage boasts its own secluded patio, while the garden provides plenty of room for everyone to relish. Other things to note Heating controls - The nest thermostat schedule is locked but not the heating temperature control. To adjust the temperature, twist the outside of the control unit. If the lock screen is displayed, click back onto the temperature screen and twist the outside of the control unit to adjust. High Chairs - We have x2 available upon request. Travel Cots - We have x1 available upon request. Stair gates - Available for the top and bottom of the stairs. Please check pub (The Bees Knees) opening times as they change from time to time. They’re currently open for drinks Monday and Tuesday, and food and drinks from Wednesday to Sunday. The pub in Church Laneham is open most evenings for food and drinks. In summer we don’t provide logs etc for the log burner as smoke unfortunately makes its way into neighbouring open windows and at times the flue struggles to draw smoke. ⚡️EV charging available⚡️ Charging fees are based on current rates.
