Welcome to The Rohl Ranch – a secluded getaway for up to 6 guests (including furry friends, dogs only). Nestled in the heart of Wyoming County, NY, you’ll be close to the charming town of East Aurora, Finger Lakes wineries, and the hiking gem Letchworth State Park. Spend a day on Silver Lake, then relax at The Ranch where a spacious fenced in yard lets your pups roam freely. The perfect balance of nature and comfort for a truly relaxing stay. The space The Rohl Ranch is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath short term rental home which sits just ~50 minutes from Buffalo, NY. Situated on just under 4 acres of land, The Rohl Ranch provides you with the privacy you need to enjoy a peaceful getaway for the weekend. The Rohl Ranch is perfect for entertaining up to 6 of your family and friends with its completely open concept first floor plan, expansive porch, and sprawling green space, part of which is fenced in to keep your furry friends (dogs only) safe. Upon arrival, you will see our beautiful wrap around porch, which is completely enclosed for safety, attached to our large fenced in area, to allow your dogs to run wild. On our porch you will also find our hot tub which is open year around. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by our completely open concept 1st floor with living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, and family room. A pellet fire place is located in the living room, and electric fire place is located in the family room, providing you with plenty of warmth during the winter months. On our 2nd floor, you will find our master bedroom (king bed) and secondary bedroom (2 full beds), both with plenty of storage, as well as smart TVs. As part of our mission to keep our space ever evolving, we are in the process of updating our Barn to serve as an outdoor entertainment space. Currently, here is will you will find our grill, ping pong table, and newly added dart board, smart TV, and various other recreational games. We have also updated a 2nd full bathroom which you will find in the barn. Please note, this bathroom is open seasonally (April 1st - November 30th) and only cold water is available at this time.
