Situated in the village of Trusham, a central spot for the beaches & Moors. The Barn is a beautiful 2 bed accommodation with upside down living in a quiet rural village with exceptional views over the valley. There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside, then to relax & finish the day off on the balcony watching the sun go down. It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park. The space The Barn was fully renovated in 2023. It benefits from upside down living to take in the idyllic views over the Teign Valley. French doors lead you from the open plan living/dining/kitchen out onto the balcony area which is an ideal spot to just relax. Both bedrooms are situated on the ground floor together with the bathroom. Guest access Full Access Other things to note The Barn sits behind the main family home, Hill Parke. Therefore, although The Barn is a totally separate building it does share a drive. Note - The balcony is the only outside space included for guests. The garden is private.
