I welcome you to a private space consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom and a pleasant living room. Access is through a shared entrance that we do not use. Your space is fully reserved for your stay, separate from ours, to preserve your privacy. Breakfast is available as self-service in your space. The space My apartment is in the middle of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Your private space is on the third floor and is entirely dedicated to your stay. The other floors are my apartment and are independent, as there is a private elevator that allows us to avoid using the common entrance to the apartment. This way, each of us can enjoy our spaces with peace of mind. Guest access You access the accommodation via a shared entrance (not used by my son and me) and then your private space, reserved exclusively for your use. It features: - a comfortable bedroom - a private bathroom with bathtub and toilet - a private living room for you to relax - a small fridge - Everything you need for breakfast is at your disposal. Your space is completely independent from our part of the apartment to ensure peace and privacy for the duration of your stay. Other things to note I live in a separate part of the apartment with my 14-year-old son and our cat, who is quiet and very affectionate. We fully respect the peace and quiet of our guests while remaining available if you need any help, recommendations or good addresses to discover Paris.
