The property also offers convenient parking for one car , making it an excellent choice for both short stays and extended visits. Pending availability a 2nd visitors permit might be available. The space You'll have access to the entire home , except room 3- which has the french doors , & which runs off the lil' hallway just before living. This listing / home also has a private courtyard. Both front rooms comprise of a king size bed, a bunk bed id in room 1 - rooms offer seperate robes plus a workstation in each making it easy to work from home. Storage in both rooms is ample. King room - Approx 20 sq metres floor area with soaring 10ft plus ceilings. Bed configuration includes One king size bed, & one bunk bed , ( king single ) Queen Room - Approx 16 sq metres of floor area with 10ft high ceilings . Bed configuration includes One king size bed, or, Two king single beds. Living/ entertainmemt area , dining space - private courtyard. Guests have access to entire home except room 3. Other things to note Two double bedrooms King Room - King Bed & bunk bed Queen Riom - King Bed Both rooms have King beds , in room 2 the king bed disjoins in the centre helping to form 2 x king single beds . Parking available for one car - possibly two , but check in with me first to learn of availability of 2nd council permit - Luggage drop off prior to check in entirely possible on days ending with the letter y - after 11am , if not before .
