Welcome to my sunny & bright 43 square meter apartment, at the gates of Paris, offering a pleasant view of the Eiffel Tower. Converted into two rooms for added comfort and privacy. As an artist-author, I set up my apartment in the trendy neighborhoods of Pantin that were built along the Canal. Located just 2 km from Parc de la Villette (Geode and Philharmonie), you can reach the capital in 5 minutes by metro The space The apartment is very sunny and bright, it is located on the 5th floor with a bedroom, living room, entrance, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies. The apartment is southwest facing, with unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower, it is extremely pleasant and warm, also ideal for working from home, with direct sun or from the terrace, super fast wifi in addition. Living the experience of renting an artist's apartment is above all discovering their world up close. I therefore suggest that you fall asleep in the middle of my books and wake up surrounded by objects collected from around the world and a dozen art books (photo & painting) that are at your disposal during the stay. If you like to cook, it's wonderful for cooking. This creative space is fully equipped and includes a kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Italian coffee maker, and all the utensils needed to cook. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the living room, there is a large comfortable sofa. The living room is modular and can be used as a workspace with its desk, or as a dining room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and washing machine. Overall, this 43-square-meter apartment offers a clean, comfortable and bright space thanks to its three large bay windows overlooking the two balconies! The apartment is on the 5th floor, without elevator access, but in truth it's pretty easy, even pleasant, and great for our legs :) You can enjoy seeing the Eiffel Tower. The Canal de l'Ourcq, ideal for long walks, as well as local shops and various restaurants. The unique location of this apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Magasins Généraux (BETC) and Dock B. Convenient, simple and ideally located to visit Paris, the apartment is a 3-minute walk from the metro station "Église de Pantin" on line 5, which allows you to go directly in 2 stations to Porte de Paris, in 5 stations to Jaurès (connections with lines 2 and 7B), in 10 stations to République (connections with lines 3, 8, 9 and 11) and in 15 stations to Bastille (maximum 30 minutes door-to-door).
