Guest access Guests have full access to the house, including the living areas, gourmet space, pool and outdoor areas. Bedrooms are released proportionally according to the number of guests informed at the time of booking, ensuring appropriate comfort for each group. For smaller groups, some rooms may remain closed. If additional bedrooms are required, this must be requested in advance. The pool is free to use, and children must always be supervised by an adult. The house has external security monitoring (front and back). It is not permitted to turn off or obstruct the cameras. Some areas may remain restricted for organizational or maintenance purposes. Personalized cups are offered as a courtesy to guests who wish to take home a souvenir from Casarão 115 da Ogiva. Other things to note 📌 Important Information One – Bedding and Towels We do not provide bed linens, towels, or personal hygiene items. Please bring your own for greater comfort. Two – Mosquitoes and Wildlife Bring insect repellent. The Região dos Lagos area is rich in nature, which may attract mosquitoes and wild animals (such as monkeys and opossums). We are not responsible for insects or animals during your stay. If you see any wild animals, do not touch or feed them — they are part of the local ecosystem. Three – Noise Pollution According to Municipal Decree No. 7.008/2022, loud noise is prohibited throughout Cabo Frio (including beaches and residential areas). Therefore, loud sound is not allowed on the property. ⚠ Failure to follow this rule may result in the immediate termination of your stay, with no refund, in addition to possible fines under local law. Four – Security The house has external surveillance cameras (front and back) for your safety. 🚫 It is strictly forbidden to turn off, cover, or obstruct the security cameras. Five – Rental Agreement The house will only be released after receiving the signed rental agreement from the guest responsible for the reservation. This signature is mandatory for all guests, regardless of the booking platform (Airbnb, Booking, etc.). Six – Extra Guests and Rooms • An additional fee is charged for extra guests, calculated proportionally to the total reservation amount, number of nights, and initial number of guests. • Two bedrooms are opened according to the number of guests. For smaller groups, some rooms remain locked to ensure fair pricing and efficient use of the space.
