Former restorer and native of the region, I'll be happy to welcome you and introduce you to my region. Old house completely renovated. Quiet, close to bike paths (50 meters), close to A65 and A62 highway exits (8 km). 1.5 hours from the Atlantic beaches, 8 km from Sauternes. Half an hour from Bordeaux and the vineyards. Nearby lakes. Historical monuments. Spacious house. Dining options. We live next to the cottage (availability). The space House with a large dining room lounge. Open kitchen. two large 25m2 bedrooms Bathroom with bathtub and vanity. Toilet in the upstairs bathroom. No air conditioning (fans). Outdoor terrace. Free and private parking. Towels provided. Bed linens provided for stays of three nights or more. Bed linens can be provided for an additional fee of €5 per bed, to be paid on site. Guest access All areas Other things to note There's no cleaning fee. The gîte must be left clean. Possibility of restoration: 1 night: €10 *€20 for two nights or more, to be paid on site. Towels provided. Sheets provided from 3 nights. Extra sheets: €5 per bed to be paid on site; please request them before arrival. Light refreshments available: reservation 48 hours in advance: your choice Large raw vegetable salad and quiche or Poulet Basquaise. When you arrive, everything is in the cottage's fridge (€9 per dish per person).
