Family friendly home

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home, in the charming Dartington Village, with friendly neighbours, and a lovely small play park in front of the house. Close walking distance to local shop, garage, and the famous Cider press with unique shops, deli, cafe and excellent eateries. Nearest beach 20 mins, nearest river on Dartington Estate 5 mins, Dartmoor 12 mins. Cornwall 50 mins, Exeter 40 mins. Totnes 4 mins, or a delightful walk 20 mins. The space This is our family home that we live in and have available when we go away. We professionally clean this property every 2 weeks and deep cleans before guests stay. We do have our books, toys, cooking and home items here but for when guests come we have all the wardrobes empty and half the cupboards empty for your stay. Please know this is our home so our things are here but all clothes/half of cupboard items are removed and stored and everything is professionally cleaned including oven before your stay. I am happy to leave milk and butter for you or also I can take this away and keep the fridge empty if you let me know. We have pets that we take away with us but there is an empty rabbit hutch and Guinea pig hutch in the garden. Guest access We have a key safe at the front for you. Other things to note Recycling boxes are out the front and the large black bin for rubbish is out the back. You only need to add the recycling to the boxes (the boxes state what you put in them) and your general waste in bin bags go in the large bin behind the back door. The recycling goes every Friday and the general waste every other Friday. Bin men come up to the house to empty so you do not need to do anything except put your waste in.
