Villa Rinnerasti is a 100 sqm cottage centrally located next to Ruka's ski slopes. From the cottage to the top of Valtavaara 3.5 km. 150m to the nearest ski lift, 600m to the store. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and an upstairs loft with 4 beds. The place is great for families and groups of friends. The cottage has a washing machine and a drying cabinet. Comfort is enhanced by a fireplace and an air heat pump, as well as a sauna. Other things to note Final cleaning is not included in the price. Option 1: You do the final cleaning yourself and take out the trash. The cottage should be left in the same condition as it was when you arrived. We will have to charge a cleaning fee of €150 for an uncleaned cottage. Option 2: You can order a final cleaning from the host for €150/booking. Final cleaning must be ordered at least 24 hours before the start of the reservation. Linens and towels are not included in the price, available for 20€/guest. We charge €40/pet for pets.
