The space * bedroom * There are 3 bedrooms in this house, and it can accommodate up to 5 guests (exclusive of children who don`t require an extra bed or a dining chair). ・1F Japanese-style room→ 3 sets of Futon ( 1 futon/each guest) ・2F Bedroom①：1 semi double bed ・2F Bedroom②：1 double bed ・a foldable sofa bed for your baby: feel free to move it around *KITCHEN* - No need to clean up – just leave it as it is! Feel free to use the provided utensils and enjoy home cooking. There is a complimentary set of water, coffee, tea, and snacks for you. Depending on the season, we can provide locally-grown citrus fruits and vegetables (if you are cooking) upon your request for no additional charges. Due to hygiene concerns, please bring your rice, cooking oil, and seasonings or request them beforehand (free of charge). *TV* No TV broadcasting is available, but there is YouTube, Netflix the free Ameba TV channel for you to relax. *BATHROOM* After an adventurous day, soak in a hot bath of 6 herbal plants: fennel, cape jasmine, Cnidium officinale Makino, sun-dried mandarin orange peel, peppermint, chamomile (Attention: Do not remove the contents from the bag) Depending on the season, we provide grown citrus fruits to put into the tub for a special relaxing atmosphere. Other things to note The house is located on the main road right in front of a pier, so please be aware of the car and ship related noises as well as your safety. we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises, please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. *Fire hazard*: ++Fireworks&sparkles++ Fireworks or sparklers are not allowed on the premises. If used, a penalty fee of 30,000 yen will be charged, and you will be required to vacate the accommodation. However, you can enjoy fireworks and sparklers at beach and costal areas, which are a short walk/ drive from the accommodation. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited to outside premises only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. *Suitcase* In addition, if you bring a carry-on bag or suitcase with you, please keep it in the corridor which has a floor cover sheet. if moved around the rooms, the floor of the flooring will be deeply scratched.
