This allows you to have your own space while enjoying the conviviality of a group stay. The space Each suite/studio is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. studio1: - A living room with a sofa bed for one person and separated by a partition from the bedroom which has a double bed. A connected TV, dining table and chairs are available in the living room. - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. - A shower room with toilet and sink. studio2: - A living room with a sofa bed with a built-in double mattress of 140 cm, a connected TV and a dining table with two chairs. - Fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities. - A shower room with toilet and sink. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available in the studios. Also enjoy our beautiful terrace, ideal for alfresco dining or simply to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The house is located in a quiet and safe area close to Mairie d'Ivry station (line 7) just 550 m (8 min walk) away. Line 7 offers a direct connection to Paris' iconic sites, such as the Louvre, Notre-Dame, Opéra Garnier, and the center of Paris Châtelet in 20 minutes.
