Welcome to the Connecticut shoreline and this cozy ranch-style beach home located in one of Westbrook’s sandy beach communities. Unwind on the front deck while enjoying water views. The home is just a short walk to the Town Beach, which features a fishing pier, and playground. You’ll also have access to a nearby neighborhood beach that offers a bit more privacy. Summer stays are offered as weekly rentals. Whether you’re here for a beach getaway or a work stay, we’d love to host you. The space The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, and dishes to accommodate all meals of the day. Tenants can choose to cook over the stove and in the oven, or use the outdoor grill on the paver patio off the side of the house. In the living space you will find two sofas and a recliner chair situated in two locations whether you want to watch TV or read a book. In the master bedroom you will find a queen bed and new furnishings, along with plenty of drawer space for your personal items. The secondary bedroom has a twin over full bed and storage space for clothing. Off the kitchen you will find a closet that contains energy efficient stackable laundry units and the full bathroom with a deep tub and generous shower head.
