Cottage plot with wood-fired sauna

In the quiet countryside of Aplared, you will find this lovely plot, with three cottages, which you will have to use entirely for yourselves! Here you can spend the days sunbathing, barbecuing, bathing in a wood-fired sauna, fishing, rowing out with the boat, swimming and walking around in the idyllic surroundings and in the beautiful forests! This is a place to relax and recharge your batteries both in summer and winter. Swimming area is 250 meters away and within driving distance you will also find several lovely hiking trails. The space Cabin no. 1 has a complete kitchen with running hot water, oven, stove, kitchen utensils, dishes, microwave, fridge and freezer and dining room as well as a separate room with living room and TV. Two balconies. There is also a wood-burning stove (wood for this costs SEK 100) and an air source heat pump (heating). Cabin no. 2 has a shower and a real wood-fired Finnish sauna (the cost is SEK 300 per sauna opportunity and then wood for heating is included). There is also a bedroom with a 180 cm bed in the same cottage. There is air heat pump (heat). At this cottage there is a large terrace with roof as well as tables and chairs for lovely dinners. Cottage no. 3 is about 15 sqm and has a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. This cabin has heaters during winter time. There is a separate toilet, which is accessed from the outside. The closest lake is called Sävsjön. The public bathing area is 250 meters away (5 minutes walking). A rowing boat with an electric motor can be used upon agreement, the boat place is 200 meters away. Rent for rowing boat is SEK 100 per day. The nearest hiking trails you will find, for example, in Älmås nature reserve (10 minutes by car), Björkehov (15 minutes by car), Viskafors Storsjöleden (20 minutes by car) or in Länghem Hofsnäs nature trails (20 minutes by car). Guest access You have private access to 3 cabins. You do not have access to one of the cabins on the property, as it is our storage room. Sometimes we may need to pick up or drop off something there during your stay. We always do it as discreetly as possible and show full respect for your privacy and experience. Other things to note Bedlinen and towels are included. On the property, there are parking spaces for a total of three cars. Note: It is not allowed to charge your electric car for safety and operational reasons. The electric installation of the property is not built or dimensioned for charging electric cars. There is a barbecue. A women's bike is available to borrow. A cube game is available to borrow. Rowboat available to rent for SEK 100 per day.
