Cottage plot with wood-fired sauna

In the quiet countryside of Aplared, you will find this lovely plot, with three cottages, which you will have to use entirely for yourselves! Here you can spend the days sunbathing, barbecuing, bathing in a wood-fired sauna, fishing, rowing out with the boat, swimming and walking around in the idyllic surroundings and in the beautiful forests! This is a place to relax and recharge your batteries both in summer and winter. Swimming area is 250 meters away and within driving distance you will also find several lovely hiking trails. The space Cottage No. 1 has a fully equipped kitchen with running hot water, oven, stove, cookware, tableware, microwave, fridge and freezer and dining room, as well as a separate room with a living room and TV. Two terraces. There is also a wood-fired fireplace and air heat pump (heat). Cabin no. 2 has a shower and a real wood-fired Finnish sauna (the cost is SEK 300 per sauna opportunity and then wood for heating is included). In the same cottage, there is also a bedroom with a 180 cm bed. There is an air-source heat pump (heating). At this cottage there is a large terrace with roof as well as tables and chairs for lovely dinners. Cottage No. 3 is about 15 sqm and has one bedroom with two 90 cm wide. This cottage has a heating element during the winter. The toilet is outside, a separate toilet. The closest lake is called Sävsjön. The public bathing area is 250 meters away (5 minutes walking). A rowing boat with an electric motor can be used upon agreement, the boat place is 200 meters away. Rent for rowing boat is SEK 100 per day. The nearest hiking trails can be found, for example, in Älmås Nature Reserve (10 minutes by car), Björkehov (15 minutes by car), Viskafors Storsjöleden (20 minutes by car) or in Länghem Hofsnäs Nature Trails (20 minutes by car). Guest access You have private access to 3 cottages. You do not have access to one of the cottages on the property as it is our storage room. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are included. On the property, there are parking spots for a total of three cars. NOTE! It is not allowed to charge your electric car for safety and operational reasons. The property's electrical installation is not built or sized for charging electric cars. There is a barbecue. A women's bicycle is available to borrow. A game of Kubb is available to borrow. Rowboat available to rent for SEK 100 per day.
