Enjoy a complementary delicious vegetarian/ non vegetarian breakfast without worrying about extra charges Guests have access to a dining area with a kitchenette for making tea, coffee, or heating baby food. An extra mattress is available for a third guest at an additional cost. Please note, the property is on the ground floor with 5 steps. You can pre-order fresh, homemade breakfast/brunch or meals through the caretaker at a reasonable cost. A cleaning person visits at scheduled times during your stay. Please note that though brand new , machines and appliances like AC may not function optimally for which mechanic will be arranged asap. Please provide your ID proof during booking and check-in. Kindly note, the property is accessible after climbing 5 steps. Please switch off ACs and geysers when leaving, and we appreciate maintaining cleanliness. We have installed a high-quality inverter AC to ensure comfort. However, please be aware that occasional power fluctuations and outages are common in the city, which are beyond our control. While we have backup inverters for essential services, including lighting and fans, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted AC functioning due to these factors.
