Early check in will be based on availability. Internet service interruptions are inevitable and are beyond our control. Hanging clothes in the balcony railing is not allowed. (Penalty of P500-P1500 will be charge when caught) 6. Proper swimsuit is required to use the pool. Dry yourself and wear appropriate dry clothes when leaving the swimming pool Please be guided of additional policies implemented by the Property Management Office in using amenities 7. Alteration request date-if the new date is 1 and 2 days prior to your check in date the additional fee will be requested. If not agree, the request will not be accepted. 800 pesos one day prior 400 pesos two days prior 8. Any violation made by the guest and guest visitors should be responsible to pay directly to the admin. If not paid the amount based on the violation ticket will be requested or reported. 9. Those who occupied parking: Please do not use stairs. Elevator is available from the basement. 10. Unregistered guest/VISITORS must be informed us at least before arrival. Email regarding your visitor to the admin is required by the security. PLEASE NOTE that total of the person including the visitor must be total of 4 pax.
