Private House in garden/~10 mins walk to centre

My house is built in the garden, away from the busy of town, it only takes you 10 mins walk to the centre though. The house is a quite place and has the view of Sa pa town and Ham Rong mountain. Aimed at convenience, the house has its own bathroom, a small kitchen with amenities that you can prepare your own meal. There's also working space for you who need to work while traveling with high speed wifi. Outside is garden and terrace where you can sit, enjoy a coffee and chill out. The space The house is equipped: - A simple kitchen where you can prepare your own meal - A heating mattress to make warm the bed - A private bathroom with heater water - Soft mattress, size 1.6m * 2m - Working table - Mosquito net - Wifi (speed>150mbps) - Kettle - Portable speakers - A fan IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Booking My property is tucked away in a garden, offering a quiet and private stay. However, access may not be convenient for everyone. There are two ways to reach the property: On foot, via a path with numerous steps. By taxi to a nearby drop-off point, followed by an approximately 70-meter walk to the property. Please note that the final stretch is not directly accessible by vehicle, and guests will need to carry their own luggage. If you are traveling with large suitcases, heavy luggage, or prefer easy and direct access to your accommodation, it may not be the best fit for your stay. I kindly recommend considering these access conditions before making a reservation to ensure the property meets your needs. Other things to note Please to make sure to check my instructions to get the house on Airbnb box chat. In order to reduce plastic waste as much as possible, the House does not use single-use items such as: single-time toothpaste and toothbrush. Please prepare your own well. In case you do not have time to prepare, you can buy them at grocery store nearby. The house is in middle of garden, trees surrounding so please respect and don't hurt wild animals (squirrels).
