The indoor includes a dining area with a table that seats 4, and a cozy lounge area with a comfortable sofa, and a smart tv. The stylishly appointed kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances including a kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, fridge, washing machine, gas stove, and oven making it ideal for preparing a quick morning bite before taking a stroll on the iconic Sea Point promenade. The bedrooms are designed for comfort and relaxation, bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and ceiling fan , bedroom 2 has a double-size bed and bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed, and the three of them have spacious wardrobes. Please note that the apartment is accessed via one flight of stairs. The apartment has a back up battery that keeps the the internet on during load shedding. Note that TV, Radio, musical devices/instruments etc are to be limited so as not to create undue noise disturbance. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit.
